Howdy, I'm Jake.

After gaining valuable hands-on experience building homes for one of the nation’s largest privately held homebuilders, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. My vision for Sullivan Built Homes is to create more than just homes. It’s to build a lasting legacy and establish a trusted name in North Texas, known for quality craftsmanship, honest relationships, and doing things the right way. My goal is to build a company that can be passed down for generations, earning a reputation that lasts long after any single home is complete.
