The man behind Sullivan Built Homes, and the one you will work with from the first handshake to the final walk-through.
After gaining valuable hands-on experience building homes for one of the nation’s largest privately held homebuilders, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. My vision for Sullivan Built Homes is to create more than just homes. It’s to build a lasting legacy and establish a trusted name in North Texas, known for quality craftsmanship, honest relationships, and doing things the right way. My goal is to build a company that can be passed down for generations, earning a reputation that lasts long after any single home is complete.
What you can expect working with me: straight answers, one point of contact, and a builder who shows up.
Honest budgets and timelines from the first conversation.
Craftsmanship worthy of our name, because it is on every home.
You work with Jake from start to finish, never a rotating cast.
Every style, with your architect & designer or ours.
Based in Argyle, building across North Texas & beyond.
